Based in Parramatta NSW 2150. All of Western Sydney: Parramatta and Cumberland, Blacktown and Mount Druitt, the Hills, Penrith, Liverpool and the south west, Bankstown, Campbelltown and Macarthur.
Hours
Emergency plumbing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. After-hours rates apply and are explained before dispatch.
Before the plumber arrives
- 1 Turn off the water at the Sydney Water meter near the front boundary if anything is leaking and you cannot stop it.
- 2 Switch off power at the switchboard if water is near lights or power points.
- 3 Stop using water in the house if a drain or toilet is backing up.
- 4 If you smell gas, get everyone outside and turn the gas off at the meter.
- 5 Have the access sorted: gate codes, keys, building manager or tenant on site.
